Beauty Quest Group is a leading integrated manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label hair care, color and styling products to professional salons and specialty retailers. We also sell a wide range of hair care products including Aquage, RUSK and One ‘n Only, as well as private label brands for leading retailers. In addition, we provide contract manufacturing services to other leading marketers of hair care and other topical products.

Your Role: We are looking for a graphic designer to join our creative team and help shape how our portfolio of brands come to life. This is a highly conceptual, hands‑on role for a designer who can own projects from brief through final execution. The ideal candidate is confident in developing unique creative solutions and translating them across digital and in‑store brand touchpoints. This is a hybrid position out of our headquarters in Stamford, CT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and elevate the overall brand image and visual identity, continuously evolving brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and art direction. Own all brand creative assets from brief through final execution, bringing strong creative thinking and expertise to every stage. Develop concepts and a clear visual point of view that translate creative and business objectives into distinctive, elevated work. Develop still and motion content for organic and paid social, as well as digital assets across email, banners, landing pages, e-commerce, PDPs, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring all creative is engaging, innovative, and on brand. Develop packaging artwork including production‑ready files and working within print, dieline, and regulatory requirements. Support campaign and social photoshoots, including creative development, art direction, pre and post production assets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or another consumer‑focused industry. Advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (Including: Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) Figma experience is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, branding, and campaign work with a distinctive creative point of view. Excellent typography, layout, composition, art direction, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to work independently, make creative decisions, and confidently present and defend ideas while remaining collaborative. Previous experience using Monday.com is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this role is $75,000/yr–$90,000/yr and considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs.
