Labeling & Packaging Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting clinical labeling and packaging operations, including label preparation, printing, inspection, documentation, data entry, inventory management, and quality compliance activities. Ensures accurate execution of packaging processes in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- :Prepare, print, inspect, and manage clinical trial labels (open-label and blinded studies)
- .Create, review, and maintain packaging records and related documentation
- .Perform and verify data entry in clinical supply management systems (ClinPro)
- .Conduct line clearance, barcode verification, and packaging quality checks
- .Manage label, ribbon, and packaging material inventory
- .Perform printer maintenance and equipment checks
- .Support audits, SOP updates, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- .Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and company procedures
