This is a hands-on executive leadership role responsible for aligning product strategy, user experience, and technology execution . You will drive the development of a unified digital ecosystem that connects content, audience engagement, and platform performance into one cohesive experience. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate vision into scalable, high-impact digital products and systems that support growth, retention, and user participation. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the product and technology vision , aligned with user needs and organizational goals Develop and execute a digital platform strategy and product roadmap Oversee user experience design and platform architecture across web, mobile, and digital channels Drive audience engagement, retention, and growth metrics through product innovation Lead the full product lifecycle: strategy → development → launch → iteration Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions Translate business and user needs into clear product and technical requirements Guide development efforts across internal teams and/or external partners Implement lean, agile workflows to accelerate delivery and optimize resources Use data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve performance Requirements Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital product management, technology leadership, or related roles Proven experience leading consumer-facing digital platforms and systems integration Strong understanding of UX, product strategy, and digital ecosystems Experience bridging product and technology functions in a leadership capacity Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in media, publishing, or content-driven organizations Familiarity with audience engagement platforms and newsletter ecosystems Experience building community-driven or participation-based platforms Working knowledge of AI tools, LLMs, and emerging technologies Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., GA4 ) and data-driven product decisions Ideal Candidate Strategic leader with a builder’s mindset Highly execution-oriented , with strong ownership of outcomes Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration Passionate about user experience, engagement, and digital innovation Able to balance vision with practical, scalable execution 6-month fractional engagement , with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance Opportunity to lead a high-impact digital transformation initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr FIA NOW Employment Solutions
