We're now looking for coaches who can join us at Kraemer Fields and Our International Indoor Soccer Arena Location!
We're looking for coaches who can commit to the position after the summer season and beyond!

Flexible Schedule : Weekend and weekday shifts are available.
Starting pay $12.00 /hr with an immediate raise after receiving ownership of your first class to $12.50 / hr. (raises are then provided based off of performance & evaluation on a 3 to 6 month basis.)

Job Summary : Become a superstar Coach at Lil Kickers! Lead fun, structured classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years old. Youll guide games, activities, and lots of laughter, helping little ones develop in a safe and fun environment.

What You'll Do

Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile every day.
- Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months - 9 years old.
Use our engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
- Lead your class through our age-appropriate lesson plans each week with imagination and fun.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all our little players.
Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.

What We're Looking For

Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and are able to bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
Applicants who are reliable and can commit to working their classes the whole season.
Ideal candidates are available to work Weekday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Weekday afternoon hours are also available.
