Lead Software Engineer
Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, modernizing, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA, and cloud technologies (AWS & GCP). Strong background in performance engineering, CI/CD, microservices, API development, and modernization using OpenRewrite/Moderne. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand internal business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Creating documentation outlining objectives, development plans, and deployment timelines for micro-services components using Java and JSON scripting. Developing scalable backend solutions using Core Java for transaction processing and workflow management systems. Integrating RESTful APIs with internal systems while adhering to compliance and security guidelines. Leveraging Grafana and Kibana dashboards for monitoring system performance and application health metrics.
