LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

8 Hour Shifts (All Shifts)

Are you an experienced and compassionate LPN looking for an exciting career opportunity in Greenville, FL? Look no further! Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center is currently seeking LPNs to join our dedicated team.

LPN Job Description:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Providing education and support to residents and their families
Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations

LPN Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
Current CPR
Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
