We reserve the right to close or extend the job posting Graduate Programme | Kingspan Group What you could be doing: Some of the tasks involved in this role are: Support steel procurement activities, including purchase order placement,expediting, supplier communication, and inventory tracking. Assistprocurement systems with data management, supplier maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with the outsourcing team to track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and production status, ensuringtimelycommunication of risks and milestones. Create, document, andmaintainprocurement SOP's, work instructions, and process documentation to standardize best practice. Participatein strategic sourcing projects, supplier evaluations, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization.
