We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 0-5 years of experience to handle a broad range of insurance defense matters. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to post-trial motions.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, experts and opposing counsel.
- Research and analyze legal issues relevant to ongoing cases.
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation as needed.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, effectivey litigating cases to achieve favorable outcomes.
