Marketing Lead

Oversee, manage and implement the global marketing strategy for Global Family Offices in alignment with Wealth Management and GFO strategic goals Collaborate with the GFO executive team and sales leadership to provide marketing insights and strategies based on results and new opportunities Direct sponsorships, events and strategic philanthropy programs Ensure marketing activities align with overall strategy and follow best practices Manage GFO content strategy and communications across teams Develop messaging, marketing collateral, event materials, social media content, presentations, email templates, FAQs and talking points Oversee digital marketing activities including advertising, lead generation and event invitations Optimize digital marketing channels Manage the GFO marketing budget Track and report KPIs across events, content and lead generation programs Requirements 10-15 years of marketing experience, including financial services experience Experience working with Ultra High Net Worth Families or Family Offices preferred Knowledge of business strategy development Ability to work closely with leadership and direct marketing activities across multiple teams Knowledge of financial industry products and services and marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education Analytical skills for performance measurement, tracking, reporting and budget management Negotiation skills for strategic benefits with external partners/vendors Understanding of digital channel best practices and performance management Understanding of the purpose and function of the Martech stack Solid project management, organizational and multitasking skills Writing and editing skills Strong interpersonal skills A college degree and/or relevant proven work experience required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Up to 10% travel in the U.S. may be required Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies for Family Offices, with a strong focus on digital marketing, performance measurement, and collaboration with leadership.
