Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Your Key Responsibilities You will manage end-to-end project execution, starting from Purchase Order receipt through to final delivery and customer acceptance. The role involves defining project scope and requirements in alignment with customer expectations, and developing comprehensive project plans that include timelines, key milestones, resource planning, and risk management strategies. You will coordinate and assign tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, IT, and grid integration, ensuring smooth execution and balanced workload distribution. A key responsibility includes overseeing procurement activities and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of materials and services required for project delivery. You will ensure that all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer requirements. Serving as the primary client interface, you will manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role also includes preparing technical documentation and regularly communicating project progress, risks, challenges, and resolutions to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and best practices. About the Role / Team Context You will be part of the Project Execution team within the On-site Solutions division. The team is focused on delivering SCADA and PPC-based On-site Solutions projects with strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
