Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Administer cardiac drips and monitor telemetry
• Provide care for stroke and neurology patients
• Utilize advanced equipment such as Welch Allyn VS Machines and telemetry
• Collaborate with unit secretaries and techs to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to unit guidelines and continually demonstrate competency across floated areas

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• NIHSS certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with stroke care and basic dysrhythmia
• Proficiency in cardiac drips and telemetry
