Position: General Laborer / General Helper
Starting Pay: $18.36 per hour
Schedule: Must be available for all 3 shifts
Employment: Temp-to-Hire | 90-Day Probationary Period

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking  General Laborers to work at  Stainless Pipe Company.

This is a  temp-to-hire opportunity with a 90-day probationary period. Candidates who successfully complete the 90-day period may be eligible for direct hire, based on performance, attendance, reliability, and company requirements.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience and must be flexible to work any of the three shifts, including weekends as needed.

Pay

Starting Pay: $18.36 per hour

Work Schedule

Candidates must be flexible and available to work  all three shifts :

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekends: Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Shift flexibility is required. Applicants must be able to work any of the three shifts based on operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist operators on various production units throughout the plant.
• Handle, lift, move, stack, and organize steel tubing as required.
• Assist with the handling of steel strip, plate, tubing, and other production materials.
• Hook crane slings as directed by authorized personnel.
• Tie and untie bundles of tubing and tag materials as necessary.
• Use small hand tools and designated production equipment as required.
• Perform general labor and routine production support duties as assigned.
• Keep assigned work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on production needs.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing facility is required.
• Must be available and flexible to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts .
• Must be available to work  weekends as needed .
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, stacking, and handling materials.
• Must be comfortable working around machinery and steel products.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and verbal and written instructions.
• Must have reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

90-Day Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

This position begins through a staffing agency and includes a 90-day probationary period .
