You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. Responsibilities Collect and prioritize business requirements together with the key-users and the business owners. Business Analysis of change requests which will encompass following tasks: Analyze new business requirements in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and service provider, Assess impact and identify gaps, propose solutions aligned with business requirements, overall information architecture and operating context, Produce project specifications. Be the interface between the business experts, GDO stakeholders (solution architects, data governance office, ...) and also the service provider, responsible for implementation. Act as support level 2 to end-users, provide training on eFront platform and update user documentation. Testing: Prepare test scenarios and test cases, Prepare test data, Execute test cases, evaluate results and raise suitable remediations actions if necessary Assisting developers on the business and functional aspects of the projects, especially on migrations and data cleaning exercises. Contribute to projects in which GIS/BTS/CLD/eFPS/- is involved. Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of Relevant working experience The consultant must demonstrate knowledge in: Material experience in business analysis and project management, with a minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis in financial organisations. Experience with business requirements translation into specifications. Testing of IT applications in the financial domain. Knowledge of the Private Equity (PE) business and eFront software. Knowledge of EIF business is a strong plus. The consultant must demonstrate competence in: Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio. English writing skills (C1 European Level). BA certification considered a plus. Capability of working with various stakeholders in autonomous manner.
