10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional driving opportunities, offering paid training, a smooth transition into solo driving, and consistent weekly pay. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience. Drivers complete a structured training program before moving into steady regional freight, running no-touch drop-and-hook loads in new equipment.

Position Highlights:

• Paid training program: 3-4 weeks at $850 per week
• Solo driving with your own truck upon completion of training
• Weekly pay of $1,600-$1,900 after training
