Concierge Representative

Concierge Representative We are in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Concierge Representative to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Concierge Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other guest activities Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lobby area Offer personalized recommendations based on guests' interests and preferences Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Location: This position is located in Las Vegas, known for its vibrant nightlife, world-class entertainment, and endless dining options.
