• Guaranteed Salary: $800,000 for the first 12 months, with significant earning potential well beyond that—many of our doctors consistently exceed their guarantee and reach the 90th percentile and beyond.
• Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% of your guarantee
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 to help you get started.

• Efficient Workload: With 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities, plus the support of a GI Hospitalist for inpatient coverage, you'll have a well-balanced schedule that lets you enjoy your life outside of work. Seeking someone who can perform advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS trained).
• Call Coverage: A manageable 1:7 weekend rotation with only 2-3 weekday calls per month.
