Moose Knuckles is looking for a highly organized, culturally aware, and creatively driven junior-level Intern or Freelance Coordinator to support the Social & Influencer team through the Summer (with potential extension into early Fall). Given our current hiring timeline, we encourage students, recent graduates, and junior freelance talent with relevant experience to apply. This is a part-time, on-site role (3 days per week, Tuesday–Thursday) based in New York , ideal for someone early in their career who understands internet culture, has strong taste, and is eager to grow within fashion, social media, and influencer marketing. You’ll work closely with the Director of Social & Influencer across day-to-day operations, creator relations, content coordination, and social support. From managing product send-outs and influencer communication to helping source talent and organize content across platforms, this role is equal parts creative and operational. Some of What You’ll Do: Influencer & Creator Support Assist with influencer and creator seeding initiatives across key markets Research and identify emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent aligned with the Moose Knuckles brand aesthetic and positioning Coordinate product gifting, tracking information, and shipment follow-ups Help manage lookbook sends, product selections, sizing requests, and creator confirmations Track deliverables, posting timelines, and campaign status updates Maintain organized influencer databases, gifting trackers, and contact lists Social Media Support Assist in organizing and importing content across social channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest Support day-to-day social operations including content uploads, scheduling assistance, and asset management Contribute to content creation and ideation Help source trending formats, creators, sounds, and platform-native ideas Assist with community management and social monitoring as needed Operations & Coordination Support shipping and logistics for influencer gifting, PR sends, and content initiatives Assist on shoots, events, and creator activations when required Some of What You’ll Need: Students or recent graduates or junior freelancers/contractors with relevant experience 0–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or fashion (internships included) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Deeply plugged into digital and cultural trends Strong taste level with an interest in fashion and brand storytelling Comfortable balancing creative and operational tasks Why Join Us?
