Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking a FT Speech Language Pathologist to join the team. GREAT opportunity to join a progressive therapy team.
Position offers consistent weekday coverage for a leave
Newly remodeled facility
Well equipped gym
Duties Include:
Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
Education for Residents and Caregivers
Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Contributes to team effort
Perform Daily Documentation
Perform Daily Billing
