Job Title: Field Operations & AI Workflow Associate The Role We are looking for a highly autonomous "doer" to bridge the gap between physical production and digital operations. You will spend your time on the ground in machine shops and workhouses—capturing raw content—and at your desk—building AI agents to automate your own administrative and operational tasks. Core Responsibilities (The 45/45/10 Split) Field Content Capture (45%) On-Site Presence: Travel to local workshops (robotics, manufacturing, consumer electronics) 1–3 days per week to shadow technicians and capture high-impact, raw video footage. Production: Edit raw footage into punchy, short‑form assets for social channels. You own the capture-to-edit pipeline. AI Operations & Automation (45%) Agent Building: Design and deploy AI agents to handle your daily task management, pipeline logs, and documentation. Workflow Optimization: Clean up trackers, manage sales operations, and build automated systems that allow you to move faster without manual overhead. Ad-Hoc Support (10%) Support the team with on-site event representation and operational troubleshooting. The "2 Out of 3" Rule We don't expect a unicorn, but you must excel in at least two of these areas: Creative Production: Proven ability to shoot and edit professional short‑form video. AI & Automation: Demonstrated experience building AI agents, workflows, or complex data automations. Technical Trades: Hands‑on experience in manufacturing, robotics, or industrial workshop environments. Required Toolkit & Logistics AI Stack: Proficiency with AI tools (AI Studio, Gemini, or similar) to automate your own workflow. Travel: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for regular local site visits.
