Your Role:
* Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care
* Oversee intake operations and patient screenings
* Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations
* Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements
* Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
What You Bring:
* Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
* Prior supervisory experience
* Experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges
* A non-judgmental, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
