With a manageable schedule of 18-21 hours across 3-5 days each week, you’ll have time to explore, recharge, and enjoy meaningful adventures beyond the workplace, while working across 2-3 school sites with a caseload primarily in grades 2-3 (with possible variations).

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana licensure/certification as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30-50 students
• Flexibility to work with varying ages and needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in alignment with students’ IEPs
• Complete evaluations/reevaluations as required
• Serve as Teacher of Record or Service for caseload students
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Document progress and collaborate with educators and families
