We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead scalable CSM solutions, integrations, platform optimization, and technical teams. Key Skills:
- ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
- ServiceNow development & customization
- Case Management, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management
- JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer
- REST API integrations
- Health Scan & Instance Scan
- Platform performance optimization
- Scoped Applications & Domain Separation
- Upgrades, patching & troubleshooting
- DevOps / CI/CD (preferred)
- Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Build and manage REST API integrations.
- Optimize platform performance and resolve technical issues.
- Lead upgrades, patching, and code reviews.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
