Graphic Designer

Red Majority is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring political and advocacy campaigns to life through bold, strategic visuals. The ideal candidate is a visual problem-solver with strong technical skills and an eye for clean, modern design. You will create a wide range of digital and print assets — from social media graphics and ad creative to pitch decks, branding materials, and merchandise — all with consistency and campaign impact in mind. You are someone who understands the power of design in political storytelling and can deliver under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 1+ year of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience working with layers, asset libraries, and organized design systems Strong understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for digital platforms with an understanding of mobile and web performance Familiarity with presentation tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to prepare files correctly for both digital delivery and print production Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume work under tight deadlines Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality creative output Curiosity and desire to grow creatively, especially within political and advocacy design Responsibilities Design high-impact digital and print assets including social media graphics, display ads, branding, presentations, merchandise, and more Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual consistency across platforms and formats Collaborate with strategy, content, and client teams to translate ideas into compelling visual deliverables Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality Prepare and organize design files for both internal review and final production across print and digital formats Maintain clean file organization, clear naming conventions, and consistent formatting across projects Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve creative output Provide feedback to peers and contribute to a high standard of visual work across the creative team Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with advanced proficiency Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute original ideas for campaign and brand development Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Commission opportunities for new business generation Competitive compensation package About Red Majority Red Majority is a modern political strategy and digital consulting firm built for the pace and precision of today’s media and campaign environments.
