You will support the management team, ensuring each shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives, providing exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts. Manage team performance, conduct training, and provide coaching. Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality. Handle scheduling, inventory, and cash management as required. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Qualifications At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. Strong customer service skills with a track record of excellence. Minimum age 18 years.
