Description:
We’re looking for a Direct Care Specialist to support foster kids (ages 3–18) in our group homes in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. You’ll help with daily care, activities, transportation, and emotional support.
What We Offer:
- Flexible hours – you choose your availability
- Set your own availability based on your schedule
- $15.15–$20.00 per hour , based on experience
- Overtime opportunities available
- Multiple locations across the Valley
- Must have at least 2-years verifiable experience working directly with children
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record
- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
