As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in bringing innovative site development projects to life. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Design impactful solutions: Work alongside a team of engineers to develop comprehensive site plans and utility designs for a diverse range of public and private projects.
• Master the details: Dive into the intricacies of site layout, grading, and utility design, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, dry utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control.
• Elevate your skills: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering future talent.
• Drive projects forward: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution and timely approvals.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 1+ years of experience in land development engineering
• EIT certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
