- Learn to safely configure, calibrate, and operate high-capacity material handling cranes.
- Train to run a variety of heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, etc.) to load and unload mill products.
- Stage raw material inventories seamlessly across active processing bays and shipping lanes.
- Execute routine pre-shift equipment safety logs and maintain extreme situational awareness.
- Perform general cleanup around the machinery areas to preserve a hazard-free facility layout.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour to start.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10.5-hour shifts with great overtime pay).
- Location: Clatskanie, OR facility (Commute-friendly for Cowlitz County).
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and a driving willingness to master heavy machinery operations.
- Must possess absolute comfort working at elevated distances (no fear of heights).
- Comfortable handling physical labor and working inside a rugged, dusty heavy industrial setting.
- Ability to stand for long periods, follow instructions clearly, and lift up to 75 lbs cleanly.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
