Job Description Job Description The Project Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations for utility construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule and cost expectations. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to respond quickly to changing site conditions while keeping crews productive and motivated. The Supervisor serves as the on-site leader, coordinating labor, materials, documentation, and communication between field crews, project management, and customers. Success in this role depends on a proactive safety mindset, operational awareness, and the ability to balance leadership with direct participation when needed. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety standards, managing production targets, tracking performance, and ensuring all administrative and contractual requirements are met throughout the life of the project.
