About Us HOTWORX is a 24‑Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and is the first fitness studio ever to implement cutting‑edge infrared sauna technology into a truly 3‑dimensional training method (Heat, Infrared Energy and Exercise). Our studio offers 24‑hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi‑private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members. More workout in less time! What You’ll Do As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to grow our membership base, deliver exceptional service, and represent the HOTWORX brand in the community. Key Responsibilities Driving membership sales, onboarding, and retention. Promoting HOTWORX through social media, networking, and community outreach. Building B2B partnerships and managing lead generation campaigns. Creating fresh, engaging social media content. Maintaining a spotless, welcoming studio environment. Supporting, training, and motivating the sales team. Participating in marketing initiatives, promotions, and events. Any other duties as assigned for the success of the studio. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience, preferably fitness/membership sales. Strong leadership skills and passion for helping others live healthier lives. Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Self‑motivated, high achiever, ability to prioritize and meet goals. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. 30+ hours a week. College Degree preferred, but not required.
