Staff Enterprise AI Engineer, IT OperationsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Staff Enterprise AI Engineer focused on scaling internal operations across the business through AI-driven systems, agents, and workflow automation. This role designs and delivers secure, production-grade AI solutions that reduce manual work, increase productivity, and improve decision-making across all business functions while maintaining security and privacy.Success is measured by enterprise impact, not tool adoption.Key Responsibilities1. AI Systems and Agent ArchitectureDesign and implement enterprise AI systems using Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ClaudeBuild and orchestrate AI agents that automate cross-functional workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Tech and GTMDevelop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, memory, context handling, and human-in-the-loop controls2. Enterprise Automation and IntegrationLead development of end-to-end automated workflows using Workato and related integration platformsConnect SaaS systems, data platforms, and internal services into unified AI-powered workflowsMeasurably reduce operational toil by eliminating repetitive manual processes3. AI Governance, Security, and RiskEmbed security, privacy, and compliance controls into AI systems by designEnsure alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and AI governance standardsDefine guardrails for data handling, prompt security, model access, and agent permissionsMitigate risks related to prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, and over-automation4. Platform Enablement and ScaleBuild internal AI capabilities that scale across teams, not one-off solutionsCreate reusable templates, SDKs, connectors, and playbooks for AI adoptionPartner with IT, Security, and Enterprise Apps to operationalize AI at scale5. Productivity and Employee ExperienceLeverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to enhance employee workflowsIdentify high-impact productivity use cases across departmentsDeploy AI assistants that meaningfully reduce time to complete core tasks6. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
