Commercial Plumbing Manager

Anytime Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Manager to lead and grow our commercial service division in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial plumbing operations, including team leadership, project execution, service performance, and customer satisfaction. Pay Range: $65,000-75,000 + bonus opportunities (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and grow the commercial plumbing service team to achieve performance and revenue goals Oversee commercial service jobs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians on complex commercial systems Recruit, hire, train, and develop plumbing staff to build a best‑in‑class team Conduct ride‑alongs, site visits, and coaching sessions to improve performance and accountability Collaborate with dispatch to ensure proper technician/job alignment for commercial projects Monitor KPIs, productivity, and job costing to drive profitability and efficiency Develop and manage department budgets, forecasts, and expense control Ensure compliance with all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and internal teams Resolve escalated customer issues through site visits and hands‑on leadership Lead team meetings, trainings, and daily huddles to reinforce culture, goals, and expectations Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing management or supervisory role Strong background in commercial plumbing systems, service, and project work Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet business objectives Experience managing large‑scale commercial jobs and service operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive salary + performance‑based bonus program Career growth and advancement opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Short- and Long‑Term Disability plans Company‑paid life insurance Paid holidays and PTO A strong team culture that values respect, development, and success Anytime Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr ANYTIME PLUMBING
