We're hiring a Senior AI Video & Multimedia Designer to join a fast-growing performance marketing and ad tech company specializing in CTV — building and running an agentic AI creative pipeline that takes approved briefs through to client-ready video, owning the end-to-end video production workflow for CTV campaigns, and keeping OEM static creative, mockups, and sales assets moving at pace. You'll prototype and iterate AI creative agent builds using Adobe Firefly, Flora AI, Claude, and comparable tools; serve as the human-in-the-loop who QAs and refines every AI-generated output before client approval; produce 15- and 30-second CTV video ads; and support sales enablement through decks, mockups, and collateral — working in sprint cycles with weekly milestone check-ins in an async-first environment. This role is built for someone who is technically fluent across the Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI video tools, exercises strong creative judgment, and can execute independently from brief to delivery. AI Creative Agent Pipeline: Prototype and build an AI creative agent pipeline from brief ingestion through final video output; develop and test custom connectors using Claude, the Adobe SDK/UXP, and comparable IDEs; iterate current internal builds including an AI-assisted Photoshop resizer, creative mockup builder, and campaign launch tracker; evaluate new AI tools and document findings, costs, and recommendations; and engineer optimized prompts with shared explainer docs and flowcharts so builds can be handed off to developers or teammates. AI Video Production (CTV): Own the video ticket workflow end to end — creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, animatics, voice-over, and final 15s/30s/60s cuts using Adobe Firefly, Flora AI, or comparable tools; serve as the human-in-the-loop reviewer QA-ing all AI-generated video outputs to brand and partner standards; localize concepts by geo and language; and edit for partner compliance including exact run-times, end cards, CTA overlays, app-store badges, and file-size limits. Static Creative, OEM Ad Units & Mockups: Support creation, resizing, and adaptation of banners and masthead/native units to OEM specs for Samsung CTV, LG, Vizio, TCL, and T-Mobile Tuesdays; maintain reusable templates as partner specs change; and produce realistic CTV, OEM, and T-Mobile placement mockups for pitches and client approvals, often on same-day timelines. Sales & Marketing Enablement: Design and update sales decks, vertical pitches, and client-specific presentations; produce case study creative from performance data; develop and maintain CTV creative best-practice guides for Sales and Account Management; and audit public-facing collateral for messaging and compliance accuracy. Creative Intelligence & Operations: Build and maintain a creative performance repository; monitor AI-advertising and synthetic-media disclosure requirements; keep OEM and vendor creative specs documented and current; work from HubSpot creative tickets; send daily EOD reports; and support QA team members on creative review standards. Adobe Creative Suite & AI Video Proficiency: Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects for building layered, production-ready files; hands-on experience with Adobe Firefly for AI video and image generation; and familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Flora AI, VO3, or comparable platforms. Prompt Engineering & AI Tool Fluency: Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated creative outputs; comfort working in cloud-based IDEs such as Google Antigravity or comparable environments. Figma & Creative Judgment: Figma proficiency for storyboarding, layout, and creative presentation; strong creative judgment to evaluate AI-generated output and refine it to brand and partner standards before approval. CTV & Ad Spec Knowledge: Working knowledge of ad specs, file formats, and delivery requirements for CTV/OEM and mobile advertising — including run-time requirements, end card standards, and partner compliance requirements. Sprint Execution & Documentation: Proven ability to execute independently in a sprint and async-first environment; strong scripting, storyboarding, and written communication skills for briefs, EOD reports, and technical documentation that can be handed to developers or teammates. Bonus Points if: You have experience building or working alongside AI agents using tools such as Claude Code, Manus, or comparable agentic platforms. You have an understanding of performance marketing ad formats as they relate to CTV. You have familiarity with Adobe SDK/UXP for custom plugin or connector development. You have a background in or exposure to mobile ad analytics platforms such as Sensor Tower or AdClarity. You have experience in regulated or fintech categories requiring disclaimers and legal review workflows.
