Nurse Practitioner

*Overview*

Our patient-centered, multidisciplinary pain management practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in patient care along with experience or a strong interest in pain management.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, conduct comprehensive assessments, support diagnostic and treatment planning, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards. *Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive physical exams and use clinical findings, patient history, and symptom assessment to develop individualized care plans.
* Provide direct patient care, including new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of chronic pain conditions.
* Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests (imaging, labs, etc.) clearly and accurately.
* Perform diagnostic evaluations and determine appropriate interventions.
* Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, test results, procedures, and treatment options in a supportive and easy-to-understand manner.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and optimal clinical outcomes.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
* Recommend additional therapies, schedule follow-up visits, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
* Review and integrate external medical records and specialist reports into patient care plans.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in line with HIPAA, state, federal, and practice standards.

*Qualifications*

* Active *Nurse Practitioner license* in the state of Arizona.
* Active *RN license* in the state of Arizona
* Current *BLS certification*.
* Active *DEA license*.
* Experience in pain management, primary care, physical medicine, or related fields is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $132,440.89 per year
