Electronics Assembler III – 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Shift: 4AM - 1:30PM or 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Rate: $25.96-$27.26/Hr

Experience: 3+ years (LRU Assembly experience preferred)

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, performs electronic and mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and subassemblies. Responsibilities include wiring, cable harnessing, component installation, hand soldering, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished units according to work instructions, drawings, and production standards.
- Perform manual assembly tasks that may include soldering, wiring, crimping, bonding, mounting, and mechanical fastening.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.
- Use basic hand tools, production equipment, and measuring tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate production records, follow documented procedures, and support traceability requirements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
