Quality Control Inspector
Up to $25 Per Hour BOE
1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Columbus, Ohio

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect outbound materials, distribution orders, and bulk inventory for defects and quality issues.
Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
Maintain, test, and troubleshoot quality control instrumentation.
Test products according to established industry standards.
Record, track, and report nonconforming products to management.
Inspect and audit distribution department procedures.
Record, track, and report errors to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Prepare reports, read specifications, and complete ISO-related duties as needed.
Cross-train and work across multiple manufacturing departments.

Who We're Looking For:

Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Microsoft Office and Excel experience is a plus.
Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment with frequent exposure to grease, dirt, and oil.
Able to work both independently with reports and hands-on with products.
Reliable and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple departments.
