Physical Stamina: Comfort performing heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, shoveling, grading) outdoors in Florida heat. Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Gainesville shop for early morning rollout. Experience: Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction. What You’ll Be Doing Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials. Assisting with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks. Operating tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
