Stationary Engineer

Licensed 1st Grade Stationary Engineer / Boiler OperatorWe are seeking a Licensed 1st Grade Stationary Engineer / Boiler Operator to support daily production operations and ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational. This position will focus on boiler operations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs throughout the facility.Requirements:1st Grade Stationary Engineer License with the City of MemphisPrevious experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical equipmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specificationsExperience using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, calipers, and micrometersStrong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machinery, and other mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify sources of problemsDismantle, inspect, repair, and replace defective componentsAdjust and align mechanical components and control instrumentsFabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment when neededMonitor equipment and help minimize production downtimeMaintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and suppliesDocument maintenance activities, repairs, issues, and ongoing needsFollow all safety procedures, rules, and regulationsSupport continuous improvement and other maintenance-related activitiesBenefits:Medical insurance with prescription coverageDental and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysPaid time offCompany training programsTuition reimbursementLatest technologies and maintenance methodologiesCasual work environmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM–2:30 PM Pay: $26–$32/hr Location: Memphis, TN 38108 Direct HireEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable federal, state, or local law.
