# Registered Nurse Float PoolApply: Elizabethtown, KY: Part time: Posted Today: R26108404**Summary****Job Description:****Registered Nurse - Float Pool** **Part-Time 7p - 7a** The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and accountability for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.* Reviews and documents care provided, outcomes of care, and evaluations of care.* Applies evidence, professional standards, and best practice to bedside caregiving through critical thinking, experiential evidence, and evidence-based practices. **Requirements:*** Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.* Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required.* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.* Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.* National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire.* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.* One year of Telemetry nursing experience required.* Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Recent experience in specialty preferred.* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution. **Benefits:*** Tuition Assistance reimbursement program* Paid Time Off available for use upon hire* Company paid Maternity and Paternity Leave* Bereavement Leave (includes pets)* Employee Assistance Program* Retirement plans with company match### *If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!*
