To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 5+ years of recent experience as a full stack developer Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; RESTful API design Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms Strong React skills and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end tooling Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing (e.g., JUnit, Jest) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with trading floor technologies, dealerboards, or real-time communications Knowledge of messaging and streaming protocols (e.g., WebSockets, gRPC) Observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace) and performance tuning Prior work integrating third-party vendor systems, SSO, and enterprise security patterns #J-18808-Ljbffr
