Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.). Qualifications 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field. Proven track record in managing maintenance operations effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they escalate.
