Team MemberRestaurant Brands California is the US Subsidiary of Restaurant Brands New Zealand. We are one of the biggest KFC Franchise Operators in the United States with 72 locations and growing across Southern California. We pride ourselves on having a recognition-based culture rooted deeply in our values. The incumbent is expected to use the cash register to ring up guests. Their main responsibilities include accepting payments and providing receipts, making sure all transactions run smoothly and every customer is satisfied with the service. Cashiers and Packline operators are also responsible for maintaining a clean dining room and bathroom area. Packline operators assemble the orders that the cashiers received from the guest or online orders. A good attitude and pleasant demeanor are required. As a Team Member, you will:Be friendlyAssist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sellEnsure orders are accurateMaintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling proceduresFollow all company standards and procedures to fulfill ordersMaintain a clean working environmentWash dishes during slow periodsHeat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next dayAssist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sellWe'd love to hear from people with:Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment, or other similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)Interest and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidaysAbility to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail and managing teams.
