Highlights

• Competitive base salary ranging from $530 - $580k annually, with additional productivity-based earning potential (varied based on part-time or full-time effort)

• Flexible hybrid schedule with an equitable mix of Day, Evening and weekend shifts
• Up to 12 weeks of time away annually
• Diverse mix of diagnostic and mammography
• Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
• Use state-of-the-art imaging tools, including McKesson PACS, Epic EMR, PowerscribeOne and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
• Employed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
• Collegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
• Standardized policies & procedures QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols All to reduce interruptions of workflow
• Coverage includes primary site Advocate Sherman Hospital, with additional coverage at Advocate Good Shepherd or St. Charles

Training and/or Experience Required

• MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training is welcome but not required
