Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial projects. This role is with a long-standing general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction management services across education, commercial, healthcare, and community sectors. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery.Enforce safety regulations and maintain compliance with building codes.Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed daily logs.Communicate progress and resolve issues with project managers, architects, and clients.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. K12 exp is a plusStrong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.OSHA certification preferred.
