FULL-TIME | PART-TIME | PRN POSITIONS AVAILABLE

VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED

Prolific Community Resources is currently seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine desire to support people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs in living safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct care and supervision based on each individual’s needs and support plan
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• Supporting individuals with community activities, appointments, outings, and daily routines
• Providing transportation as required
• Assisting with meal preparation and maintaining a safe and clean living environment
• Supporting medication administration according to training and agency procedures
• Implementing behavioral strategies and following individual support plans
• Encouraging independence, choice, community inclusion, and skill development
• Completing required daily documentation accurately and on time
• Observing and reporting changes in behavior, health, or overall well-being
• Responding appropriately to behavioral, medical, and other emergency situations
• Maintaining professional boundaries and protecting individuals’ rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Communicating effectively with individuals, families, supervisors, and other members of the support team

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of direct care/DSP experience — REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license — REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and screenings
• Ability to complete all required training and maintain certifications
• Dependable attendance and reliable communication
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans, policies, and procedures
• Professional, patient, compassionate, and able to remain calm in challenging situations

We are currently hiring for FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, and PRN positions , with various shifts available.
