• Install Bath Fitter's premium acrylic bath and shower systems
• Learn installation techniques and trade skills through hands-on training

• Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Represent Bath Fitter's reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism

• Interest in the Trades: A willingness to learn, work with your hands, and grow in a skilled trade career.
• Carpentry or Construction Experience Preferred: 1+ years of carpentry, construction, remodeling, mechanical, or hands-on labor experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and learning installation techniques.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
• Positive Attitude & Professionalism: You take pride in your work, value teamwork and safety, and want to build a long-term career.
