Plant Manager

A global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a complex, vertically integrated manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations and site performance
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations leadership team
• Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance
• Support new product introductions and business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement background
• Experience overseeing production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain functions
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred
• Multi-site manufacturing experience is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary targeted at $175,000-$195,000 plus annual bonus and long-term incentives.
