Seeking a talented individual capable of multi-tasking. Applicant should be organized, detail-orientated and ready to start each day with a positive attitude.Primary job role will be dispatching/scheduling for our 20+ technicians. Secondary tasks may include assisting in office related tasks, e.g., organizing & filing paperwork, logging checks, etc. Must be able to retain information on multiple tasks, procedures and the abilities of our technicians. Multi-tasking is essential to this role and the ability to handle one's self in a noisy environment while still maintaining professionalism. Must be capable of working with Apple products (iPhones and Mac computers, including Numbers and Pages). Knowledge of the Foothills and surrounding areas is a plus.Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. You must be flexible to work nights and weekends!
