*Responsibilities*

* Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
* Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs (gasoline and diesel), transmission system repairs, powertrain servicing, and suspension system repairs.
* Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs with precision.
* Perform wheel alignments and vehicle suspension adjustments to ensure proper handling and safety standards.
* Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficient workflow.

*Qualifications*

* Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
* Proficiency in interpreting automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and understanding vehicle systems such as ADAS and electrical components.
* Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting complex issues.
* Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and diesel engine repair.
* Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
* Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training; experience working with Stellantis vehicles is a plus.
