Software Engineer, ML Enablement

Salary: $123,000 - 163,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a BS or MS in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• We look for strong grounding in software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems.
• We need strong programming ability in Python, Go, or C++.
• We expect experience building on AWS or similar cloud environments, along with Kubernetes-based container orchestration.
• We value experience across the full ML development lifecycle.
• Bonus: hands-on experience profiling and tuning ML models for distributed training.
• Bonus: experience working with high-performance compute resources, including GPUs.
• Bonus: familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Ray.
• Bonus: experience building, integrating, or improving Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered developer tools.

• We design, build, and improve Agentic AI tools and systems that automate workflows, simplify the ML lifecycle, and boost developer productivity.
• We advance our core ML infrastructure and cloud development environment, using Kubernetes to deliver resilient, large-scale distributed solutions.
• We work with ML researchers to profile and optimize distributed training workloads and data pipelines.
• We identify and remove system-level bottlenecks such as I/O constraints, memory pressure, and network overhead to improve GPU utilization and training throughput.
• We collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to understand their needs and connect application requirements with the underlying infrastructure.
