What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers due for maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Contact customers who have missed or canceled appointments.
• Re-engage inactive customers and build long-term loyalty.
• Communicate through phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
• Help maintain a full appointment schedule for our service advisors.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Customer service, call center, hospitality, or dealership experience is a plus—but we will train the right person.

Successful team members consistently:

• Make 100+ outbound customer calls per day .
• Schedule 15–20 quality service appointments daily .
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Help increase customer retention and service department growth.
• Work closely with service advisors and management to exceed dealership goals.
